What is the Watchlist?
Your watchlist is a personalized list of stocks you want to monitor. The watchlist menu is context aware. It provides quick access to one-click navigation to full analysis including price.
Default Watchlist
New accounts start with a default watchlist of 10 popular stocks:
- SPY - S&P 500 ETF
- QQQ - Nasdaq 100 ETF
- IWM - Russell 2000 ETF
- AAPL - Apple Inc.
- MSFT - Microsoft Corporation
- AMZN - Amazon.com Inc.
- TSLA - Tesla Inc.
- NFLX - Netflix Inc.
- NVDA - NVIDIA Corporation
- AMD - Advanced Micro Devices
You can customize this list immediately.
Adding Stocks to Watchlist
- Navigate to any stock page
- Click the star icon (☆) in the header
- Star turns solid (★) - stock is now in watchlist
Viewing Your Watchlist
Top Navigation Bar
Your watchlist appears in the top navigation:
- Always visible for quick access
- Shows up to 10 symbols
- Click any symbol for instant navigation
- Create new dropdown menu if more than 10
Watchlist Display
Each watchlist item shows:

| Symbol | Stock ticker |
| Price | Current price (real-time) |
| Change | $ and % change for the day |
| Color | Green (up) / Red (down) |
Managing Your Watchlist
Removing Stocks
From Stock Page:
- Navigate to the stock
- Click the solid star (★) to unfavorite
- Stock is removed from watchlist
